(“Track Technology Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Our Products and Sales Model

Track Technology Systems manufactures the Diversitrack, Diversimount, and Diversiboard product lines. Our products are sold through a network of authorized dealers. The Site provides product information and allows you to request a quote or be connected with a dealer; it is not a direct point of sale, and submitting an inquiry does not create a binding order or contract.

Quote Requests and Dealer Inquiries

When you submit a quote request or dealer inquiry, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We may share your inquiry with an authorized dealer so they can respond to you. Pricing, availability, lead times, and final terms of any purchase are established between you and the dealer, not through the Site.

Product Information and Specifications

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, and documentation accurate and current. However, this information is provided for general reference, may contain errors, and is subject to change without notice. Specifications should be confirmed with Track Technology Systems or an authorized dealer before any purchasing or installation decision.

Acceptable Use
